Delete Your BluPrint Account

You can delete your BluPrint account and all data associated with it at any time. Once your request is confirmed, your account becomes inaccessible and your personal data is removed from our systems.

How to Request Account Deletion

Option 1: In the App (Recommended)

Open the BluPrint app while logged in.
Go to Settings.
Tap Delete Account.
Confirm the deletion. Your request is processed automatically using your authenticated session.

Option 2: By Email

Email us at support@khumbaya.com with the subject “Delete my BluPrint account”.
Use the phone number registered to the account you want deleted.
We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before processing the request.

What Gets Deleted

Account profile and phone number
Event data you created or were added to (event names, dates, guest lists, budgets, and related details)
Invitation and RSVP responses
Push notification tokens
Synced data across your devices

What Is Retained

Aggregated, non-identifiable analytics (for example, anonymous usage statistics)
Legal records where required by law

Processing Time

We process deletion requests within 30 days of verification. Once complete, you will no longer be able to log in, and your data will be unrecoverable.
